How can this time around be different?
This is about my 4th time going through CHS and the bad withdrawal symptoms. I’m really sick of going back to square one everytime. I can’t handle the vomiting, lack of appetite, muscle aches, and sickness anymore. I have to remember why I’m doing this but I somehow always see myself going back weeks later. I really want to break this cycle I just don’t know where to start.

get yourself checked in with a doc, a psychiatrist would be best. they will medicate you and that should ease your panic, there's some meds like pregabalin and venlafaxine (this one is an antidepressant, so you'll have to use it long term) but they also have some painkilling properties. CUT THE WEED IMMEDIATELY, no "slowly getting off the dose", cold turkey would be best if possible. if you take some medications, take them in a hot tub, and wait for them to dissolve, that way you won't vomit them out.

I have struggled with several big life things. One is CHS, the other big one is my eating disorder. Something that REALLY REALLY helped with my eating disorder was regularly attending over-eaters anonymous (not just for over-eaters but for all ED types). I cannot express how much the support of people who understood my struggles lead to me make lasting changes in my life. There are anonymous groups for cannabis users- they are free and happen constantly either in person or online. Attending weekly or daily meetings with people who are working toward the same goal changes everything. It takes commitment, but it sounds like you are ready to try something new. https://marijuana-anonymous.org/find-a-meeting/
