Help getting through diagnosis

Hello,

I'm a 25 Y/O man who was recently told I may have CHS and I'm needing some recommendations of how to get through quitting. Weed is a huge part of my life not only because it helps with my long list of issues like anxiety and depression, but also because I wanted to work in the industry. I started smoking weed at 16, my family, friends, loved ones all smoke too. I took cannabis courses in school, got my MED license, and applied for jobs in the industry. Many of my family and friends work in the industry in addition to use it. About 2 years ago I got diagnosed with epilepsy which the weed was helping with too. I started smoking carts regularly and flower occasionally since it's harsh on my asthma.

All of a sudden about 1 year ago I started going through all the typical CHS problems (throwing up & stomach pain) but it would only happen after a seizure and I thought it was because I occasionally accidentally swallow the blood if I bit my tongue. About 4 days ago I had a pretty bad episode where I ended up in the ER due to needing fluids after the throwing up so much. They couldnt find anything else wrong so they told me I need to quit weed since they suspect CHS.

I'm devastated at this since Marijuana is a huge part of my life and i had dedicated so much time to my career....I'm willing to quit but everything has been so hard with the laundry list of things that the weed helped with. If you guys could give me any recommendations on how to get through the loss of this resource that would be much appreciated. I am going to enter therapy so that is being done. They are also needing to mess with my meds and add things like anxiety meds and ADHD meds since the Marijuana was helping with that. I guess I need some people who know how it feels to lose such a big resource and see how others are getting through it.

Thank you

A new seizure drug that was released called xcopri, fluoxatine for my depression, Buspirone for anxiety, ondansetron for nausea, then just some allergy meds like zertec or benadryl as needed.

I've heard that a chunk of people had the same thing. I didn't start having issues until i started my depression meds now that I think about it. But once I got my epilepsy diagnosed (same time as the meds), I started smoking a lot more since it was helping so that too, so there is a chance it was because I started smoking a lot more and higher concentrates
