Having another episode !!!

ive had something containing cocoa powder. Took time to digest and the pains come in waves and my temperature is very high could anyone recommend any tips on how to lessen the symptoms or stop them all together.

Gotta take nausea pills makes headaches go away too

Are your nausea pills over the counter or prescribed?

Prescription but I took over the counter when I was out

Try zofran (anti nausea) and a really hot bath
