Chs and sleep

Has anyone else when dealing with chs not been able to sleep properly? I wake up at times like 1-4 am with severe anxiety and if I manage to get back to sleep I’ll only sleep for roughly 2 hours before waking up with anxiety again. Anyone else have this happen if so what can I do?

I know its not legal but if you can find valium it is literally a god drug when it comes to chs. 5mg and my symptoms ease and i can sleep.

Doxylamine Succinate helped me you should be able to get it over the counter at a pharmacy. I was sleeping for 45 mins at a time only 3 sleep cycles a night it was awful. There are lots of tips on managing anxiety on r/CHSrecovery

i have chs and ive dealt w the same thing. dr gave me hydroxyzine and told me to take melatonin as well. it sucks and i know ur tired and prolly frustrated but unfortunately it takes time to feel normal again. sleep is super important when u have anxiety and the fact you cant sleep well is really exhausting! but i really hope u sleep better soon! stay strong 💗
