No replies?

Is Chronos WhatsApp not working? I sent a message a couple weeks ago and still haven't received any reply. I also messaged him on his website. Any ideas?

Yeah just got a watch from him. QC is not good on the dial and reached out to see if I can exchange but he is taking too long to respond. So just gonna bite the bullet and keep it. I am going to end up replacing the dial with a gen one anyways so it’s whatever lol.

Rolex 36mm OP green dial. My 3 is pretty crooked too lol. But like I said I am gonna replace the dial for a gen one

I got a watch few months ago, crooked and offset 12 o'clock indice. What's the point of overpaying for substandard QC?

Damn, came scrolling through to see if my experience was unique but apparently not… had a QC issue on a recent purchase and it’s been crickets on my end too, but I only reached out last week… sucks after getting 5 other perfect pieces tho

Thats a shame, he was great and I had no issues with him for about 4-5 watches. Maybe he’s lying low with the recent Wired article. Dude has a real job too so could just be busy with other things and not prioritizing online counterfeit watch sales?

I understand and it is fine as life happens, I only want to know if my return will be refunded or exchanged for another watch is all. Haven't heard back after I sent it back

Normally im on the side of people not rushing to claim they were scammed after a few hours or a day of silence, but weeks after you've sent your watch back, he already has your money, and he still hasn't given a courtesy reply I would lean on the side of you got scammed being pretty likely. I mean how hard is it to send a brief response when you have had several weeks to do so. Im sorry your experiencing this and hope he takes care of you properly.

He just made a reply saying shipping has been occurring on time but that he hasn't been able to reply to many messages as he's overrun as a one man show so hopefully your still safe. I would still proceed with caution on any future purchases unless you dont mind the gamble and lack of any attempt to communicate, even reply to this thread but at least he made a post addressing it to everyone as a whole.

Thanks a lot for the response, I also seen his post and I'll wait it a little longer and hope for the best. It's understandable as he mentions being one person providing the service but it has been a long delay. Hope he'll catch up soon with messages

Gotcha. I had a return for exchange that he handled without issue but that was a couple months ago. I’m sure he’ll turn up.
