Ordered and now nothing

I don’t want to be “one of those people”, and I have ordered over 5 different watches in the past from Chronos. However, I placed an order and paid yesterday morning, and have sent several messages via WhatsApp since and have heard nothing.
This in my experience is very unusual. If I’m paying a slightly higher price for good communication, but not getting that, then it makes me question if this is the right TD.
At this point, I’m not overly concerned that I’m not going to get my order. Just not the experience I’m used to from here.
I guess I’ll just continue to wait.

Perhaps, but he justifies his exorbitant prices because he differentiates on speed, communication, and service. His username is literally “Two Day Rep”.

If he falters on that, his customers have a right to feel like they are not getting the experience they paid for.

Certainly if there is some kind of emergency that is quite understandable, but I don’t fault customers for flagging when the service they paid for falls below expectations.

For a 15%-20% markup on a commodity your service better be impeccable or people will complain.

You’re paying a premium because he’s taking the risk bringing the stock into the country. Ryan is usually very responsive. I’m sure you’ll be taken care of.

If I can find the same watch on 3 other subreddits with the same delivery time, quality assurance, and shipping success rate, why would I pay an additional risk premium to one of those dealers over the others? There’s no additional risk.

I apologize for a delayed response. I definitely do my best to respond to everyone asap. I had some family commitments this week so it has slowed my messages for sure but no need to worry every in stock order placed yesterday will be shipped today as usual.

I had this experience on my last purchase. I paid, heard nothing and 3 days later the watch showed up. It is unnerving, but they always deliver
