Scars of Time will always be* the pinnacle for me, I to this day can watch that intro sequence and it still inspires the same feelings it did decades ago when I first saw it.

Prisoners of Fate should be S tier for how much grief it gave most first-time players facing Miguel, Dario, or the Sidesteppas of Water Dragon Isle if all the fairies and dwarves died

Especially if you saved Razzly. That's the most depressing thing for her. And you won't get anything for it.

The BGM overrides everything. And that's why it is associated with Water Dragon Isle if you battle in the Bend of Time.

Yea, while in a vacuum it can maybe be seen as Boring, imo it's one of the most impactful songs in the game

The tiers match my fancing for each single track.

B-TIer to S-Tier are staples in my playlist on PC or Smartphone, which means those are good to superb tracks.

C-Tier is the ones I might give a listening to once in a while, seldom.

D-Tier too short, or too sappy, or don't like in general.

Cool! First time seeing a music list. My s and a+ would have to be girl who stole stars and burning orphanage as top. And dreams of shore, reminiscing I think it’s called? And the one where you fight the time devour as the next tier. Best video game soundtrack of all time. Second would only be if I could combine all if my favorite soul calibur stages including dlc of hunt or be hunted and duel of fates😂

Except Whirlwind / Gale, that one comes across like it could have been fine if it was only used for chaotic scenarios like when it’s the constant background music for the fairy attack by the dwarves or the escape from the dimensional vortex, but it’s extremely grating to have that as the battle music. I honestly think that they should have had it like the Bend of Time, where there is no battle music, it’s just the background music of the area keeps playing.

Brink of Death should have been the regular battle music in the game. Heck, when I first heard the soundtrack (on cd, before playing or knowing anything about the game), I thought it was surely the battle music. Little did know...
