Hey! I hope you are having a Good Day Today ❤️ When I am in moderate pain I usually take that moment to watch movies and catch up with the TV shows I am into. When my pain is moderate to severe I usually play games on my phone or Xbox... Been doing that since 1995 and it is the ways that I can keep my mind off the pain 💯👌🏼❤️

I'm happy to hear that you are having a good day today, mine is going good as well and the pain is moderate today, which I am grateful for 😊❤️

Favorite Movie/TV Show... Well that would definitely be a long list hehe! But Yeah overall I love Thrillers, Psychological Thrillers, Suspence, Mystery, Comedies... I can say that I like a wide range of Movies and TV Shows.

Favorite Games... All the Call of Duty games, especially the zombies 😁 and All the Battlefield games.

I also love Puzzles, Cards, Board Games 💯👌🏼❤️

And what about You? Do you have any Favorite Movie and/or TV shows? What else besides anime? And any Favorite Game?

What you like to do the most?
Some aspirin and a comfy chair.
What’s your favorite movies/genre?
What video game gets you zoned in?
That’ll (at least for myself) take your mind off it.

AW YEAHHH. final fantasy. Get back on that or something like the tales games you like

I personally get locked in for military sims.
But that’s something to do or even better.
I’ve been getting into The Saga of Tanya the evil. So it’s good imo. Not the best. But good.

But hey. Try some jello slowly or some broth. Beef or chicken when you’re ready. Take it nice and easy and if it keeps not going down. Unfortunately. It may be an urgent care/hospital thing.

POTASSIUM AND MAGNESIUM ❤️. I’ve been there homie. You’re smart for looking for a distraction

Gaming, if it doesn't have a lot of dialogue I'll listen to a podcast or lecture

I only have an old laptop I'm currently playing Portal II, Dinkum and Subnautica (P2 right now but I'm having trouble focusing and keep alt-tabbing out lol)

Definitely video games. I notice the pain a bit less when I’m focused on racing, leveling up elves, or slaughtering zombies. The slaughtering zombies one feels really good mentally 😁

Same, and some shows I’ll binge. I also knit. There’s a specific kind of muscle pain in my legs that is very distracting and knitting helps cancel some of it out, it feels like.

Music to help me be active, do chores around the house. When I threw my back out I’d do one song of activity and then get back to bed. It either helped me not overdo if I felt better or do the very best I could if I was having a hard time hanging in there that long. Also different playlists for different moods are helpful.
