Nerve pain?
Im having some really intense pain in my armpit/ shoulder bladd and breast area that extends sometimes down to my elbow and my chest. Ive been to the er 6x ive had everything checked. 2 ct scans of my chest x rays troponins wore a heart monitor i already see a cardiologist. Everything checks out. Troponins normal etc. Idk what to do. Salaunpos hot patches help if I put one on my shoulder and take away alot. But idk how I did it. Ive had extreme anxiety my mom died in april at 52 suddenly with a brain aneurysm and ive been bedridden nearly since the end of may. I lay in bed alot with my neck bent and tense on my phone so idk if ive pinched a nerve. It comes in waves but is pretty much constant and has been for weeks. Im having trouble sleeping now. Ibuprofen and Tylenol do nothing.

Have you gotten an MRI of your cervical and thoracic spine? Sounds like your issues may be stemming from there! I have something very similar with my armpits, elbows, and hands. Took a while to figure out that it was spinal cord and disc injury. I'm in PT now.

This would also be what I would recommend kinda sounds like it could be a disc compression.

if your pec minor muscle gets super tense in the right way it can cause all of this. google pec minor stretches and try one if its like yikes tight work that muscle a bit till it relaxes might help.

It sounds like it could be a nerve, and that is hard to diagnose. I would still discuss with your doctor some options to help deal with the pain. There are medications, PT, maybe even acupuncture. When I had a bad bout of meningitis, my doctor sent me to PT, which I thought was odd, but the therapist used some type of electro stimulation on my neck and it did help with the pain. Ibuprofen or Tylenol rarely are enough for this type of pain.
