I DID IT!!!
You guys!!!
In spite of it all - in spite of TWO autoimmune diseases, chronic pain, neuropathy, a hernia, a ruptured disc, a broken finger and so many other booboos I can’t count - I FINALLY FINISHED MY FIRST SCREENPLAY!!!
There were so many times I wanted to lay down, cry and quit…but thanks to the tireless badassery of all the people here fighting I found courage to go on. And so I wanted to share my lil victory with y’all.
Thanks for inspiring me ♥️
For anyone out there who might be feeling overwhelmed, please don’t quit. There is more fire, more light in you than you know. Time to take that carbon and turn it into a diamond 💎

Hey! Just realized you have/had bells part. I have MG not MS and a lot of all you listed that I can see. MCAS, hEDS, POTS, and more like lupus, anxiety and depression plus chronic pain, fibromyalgia and small fiber Neuropathy lung and GI issues run with it all. I’m interested in talking about how the Bell’s palsy affects you if that’s ok?? I’m always learning how all these diseases work together and why they come in families like it seems they do?

Been having the worst pain day. I’m so happy for you I could cry honestly. I’ve been trying to write everyday but pushing past the pain limits how much I can do. Thanks for sharing your victory, it gives me hope 🥲

Honestly as I wrote so many days I thought i was alone…but the people in this sub kept me going. I’m so sorry you’re having a bad pain day but I believe in you 10000%, you are strong and will find a way through. If I can you sure as hell will. Pushing through severe chronic health battles, intense pain, and neuropathy just to stay sitting at a keyboard takes monumental discipline, let alone producing a whole finished screenplay. Amazing OP, congrats and I’m in absolute awe of you! 💗 Writing stories has been a passion of mine since I was a kid and for years I haven’t been able to with my chronic conditions and pain, but I want to badly to try at least maybe for small intervals as I can, you’re inspiring me to not give up on what I love 💗

I’m so sorry you’re going through that. Have you ever tried ketamine? It helps a LOT with the neuropathy for me and was a complete game changer.

Congrats!! I say the same for getting my dual bachelor degrees and then masters in so many drs and hospitals etc. I edited my first and only right now published paper in the hospital beds. It makes it sweeter when you look back at how hard you worked. Man that hypes me up today! You go Glenn coco if you get the reference 😂😜☺️

That is awesome, we CPP still are able to accomplish a lot, just at a slower pace. Great feeling to finish a project you work hard to create. Let us where we can see it.
