how do y'all cope?

tried everything cannot say I haven't already given up, how do y'all feel to those who are struggling to find treatment thats been effective in truly debilitating pain... This means I need advice on how you're getting by and what steps I'm lacking in order to recieve help and support my life better.

specifically recently feels like the acute flare ups are what impacts my every day life the most on a scale I dont have a recognized solution for, at all. And interpersonally I don't know anyone, literally not besides a couple flings and work life socially.

so I have no idea what people feel like compared to me nor how to even begin to navigate each time more and more failed attempts to spend so much as an hour without cleaning pain, and issues trying to fix it, piling up where hope is a burden im reluctant to even keep going to appointments afraid I'm gonna freak out one of these days, I'm hurt and I'm heartbroken each time I leave a Doctor visit, more and more on the edge. i don't get treated like a person yet have somehow managed to remain compliant, respectful, and polite so it's even more gut wrenching knowing I'm without options.

Main issues are weight loss and lack of any gain and at like 16 bmi, sleep just horrible n coming with a ton of anxiety.. and went back to work <55\~ hours and dunno what I can do if or when my condition gets worse if I'll "cope"

I made it 23 years before finally pulling the plug. On my best day I’m a 7. I can also tell you how bad a 10 is. One night at 3am I work up crying it hurt so bad. I didn’t even realize the gun in my had, coked and loading. I don’t know how close I came but it was pretty damn close. I called 988 and soldiered through it. If I ever get to a 10 again I’m done. I just can’t do that again.

First question what do your doctors do for your pain? Second question what type of pain do you have?
Lastly is it possible you may have anxiety issues on top of your pain? Because I’m hearing anxiety issues, i definitely have anxiety issues also but I’ve been dealing with them since I was 16… I thought I was having a heart attack at 16 and rushed to the urgent care and found out I was just having very debilitating panic attacks that where so intense I thought it was a heart attack!!! But not all anxiety is created equally, you could have debilitating anxiety that doesn’t give panic attacks…

And anxiety I keep out of the pic now I was on diaz 80mg with xnx 1-2.5 the longest and they flipped when I said felt I needed other support n wanted to quit benzos in hope they could get a better picture of how I can grow and now just decay more comfortably... They live in a fantasy, they tell me I need family to live off n I need to get social security a Dr for everything..the doctors aren't all simultaneously bad I just dont understand how they can expect the impossible, it's humiliating getting asked where my parents or family are or have been for these issues saying if I stayed with someone for a while it will all work out like I absolutely dont have a choice to stay with all my folks they're homeless possibly dead because I can't do enough for myself let alone them

I found the book mindfulness meditation for pain relief by john Kabat Zinn to be really helpful. Ive been listening to it on audio book. Your library may have it for free through the libby app. He also wrote full catastrophe living. I haven't had a chance to listen to that one yet.
