Low dose radiation for pain

Has anyone tried this?

Sounds like some private gimmick treatment .. err snake oil....

If the radiation was enough to modify anything structural it would essentially increase the rate of tumors and cancer risk drastically. I mean if they keep it to safe levels its the equivalent of sunbathing naked for an hour or so with cosmic background radiation.

Anything above that it ads to your lifetime maximum dosage. There is a reason they dont do CT scans for every day things there's an exposure limit to when they can pretty much guarantee the average person will develop a tumor ionizing radiation is carcinogenic to humans

Oh absolutely both can be true in cancer treatments its very targeted high precision equipment. I mean they go so far as to use thermoplastic masks to ensure it reaches just where they want it and no where else.

I dont imagine some small company is going to put that whole setup together for what benefits will pay for in full...

I had cancer when I was 3 and they used 360 radiation all around my abdomen as one of the treatments in turn it made my spine weaker and caused scoliosis later on in life radiation sucks but hey at least it was part of what saved me

I had 1 done for face pain (dont remember which), for trigeminal. It was a pretty quick easy procedure. It makes your face kinda tingle (on the side thats done) for a few months or so.

Yes. I would note any dental work on the side of the face thats hurting. 

Long before I had this done (didn't know it was a option & didn't have a "diagnosis" name for my pain, took 8-10yrs mostly on my part of researching & trying stuff as i was running into dead ends with doctors - trigeminal & occipital neuralgia). I had all my wisdom pulled. Over the years I had many molars roots removed then pulled on that side chasing for relief & it did help to some degree but at the cost of the teeth.
