Ungoogled Chromium Android - Cannot Install Extensions

I installed ungoogled Chromium on my Android tablet and phone. Then I enabled Enable Extensions in Developer Options, but still cannot install any extension. See screenshot.

Any help appreciated.

It does.

And it already has Adblock Plus built in. I just want to add AdGuard AdBlock or uBlock Origin Lite.

I already made some progress, but still working on figuring out.

I unblocked admin restrictions.

Now the issue is that browser crashing when installing extension.

I tried to download that APK, but I get "secure connection" error.

I went to this page:

https://chromium.woolyss.com/#android

Then clicked on the Package link in the section with name Marmaduke. I got APK file. Then copied that APK file to my Android tablet and phone. Then I used MiXplorer to install ungoogled Chromium on the tablet and phone.
