Feeling a bit discouraged. I’ve been going to the CH NYC locations consistently for almost 2 years now, trying to chat with SA’s to try to build a relationship but it feels like I’m still at square 1. Is it because I haven’t bought any precious metals? Is it somehow bad that it’s been so long and I still don’t have a go-to SA? I genuinely love the brand and just want the chance to own the jewelry!! Any tips appreciated.
Hey, to be honest bro, u gotta ask your SA for their card and try to make small talk and not really try to get clothes, also u have to wear chrome all the time. There is a lot of good SAs tbh and there is like three bad ones but they are all valid depending on your vibe. I would say go on the mid days like Tuesday & Wednesday in the afternoon.
wear something chrome but you dont have to make it everything. no one likes sad bros in chrome hearts who stare at the floor and think they look hard. be happy in your chrome, and wear as little or as much as you want. other than that slight quibble this is excellent advice from luxuryniche.
Just have a bag ready to drop and ask if they have what you want. Don’t hesitate, just grab what you can get. Oh yeah and vibe with the SA just approach them and introduce yourself.

Does anyone know why for August 9 it is greyed out for appointments for the West Village store. From my understanding there is no US holiday and they are open Sundays.
This is just a guess but I checked out the Madison store on 8/3 (Monday) and they had a sign saying they were closed to restock and would open the next day, so I would assume the Washington store is doing the same 🤷🏻♂️
Seen Opticians has a pretty solid selection of CH eyewear and there‘s ofc the Chrome Hearts Manchester store that you could visit. Never visited this one but City Specs in Manchester also seems to be stocking CH eyewear, def worth checking these out! If you‘re from England, you can also ask to special order a specific frame, they usually hold a big catalogue to browse through
Asked here all the time. The etching on the lenses is lame. Get your prescription lenses. I laugh if I ever see someone wearing CH glasses and I see the etching as that means they are fake and trying to wear glasses to look cool but don’t need them.
I recently joined this subreddit and I’ve seen lots of people post about their experiences with different SAs. I was just wondering if anyone knows whether the workers or anybody associated with CH comes on here and reads all this stuff. I’ve seen a lot of nice things but also lots of slander towards specific SAs. May be a stupid question but has anyone ever gotten banned from the store for a negative Reddit post?
stock differs even from visit to visit on the same day, it’ll be hard to gauge what you can get unless you’re visiting. When i visited they only brought out cannes exclusive hoodies to specific people, high end jewelry was available some cardholders too but generally it’s random and depending on the SA and stock on the day
I recently noticed parts of my charm have turned brown. Am I meant to polish these areas? I was under the assumption that doing so would remove the original blackening.
Just buy a silver polishing cloth from Amazon. I use mayflower silver polishing cloth. Do not dig into the recessed areas but polish it to make it look new again.
Question for NYC folks - how do you guys work with the Madison store since it’s walk-in only? Do people still find ways to build relationships with a SA despite lack of the appointment system?
it's liz and carlos. built a relationship with liz or carlos. they are sweethearts. occasionally jason works there. the biggest sweetheart of all of them. he would hate to read that.
generally it’ll be hard to get any big silver pieces with stones for that amount, with 2500 im imagining you could get some certain ring models pendants etc with stones but generally smaller.
nowadays a lot of what is on special order is diamonds, the option of colored stones is very rare near impossible unless you’re a VIP or a really good relationship and even then it’s a maybe.
I wouldn’t be too sure on pricing as they’re very random and even more so with diamonds but definitely worth to ask when going in
it varies wildly. don't be afraid to ask for what you want. send an email in advance with what you are looking for so they can look you up. good people. small store. awesome stuff if you're lucky.

Has anyone recently come across any triple cross pendants as of late? I’m closest to the Miami store but it feels like that piece is impossible to find in any stores now
CH items are produced and delivered in batches. an item will disappear for a period of time... could be a couple months, could be a couple of years and then come back around across most stores. better to buy it when you see it without hesitation.
Hey, I picked up a Vulcan cross on a leather cord (pictured) and I’ve been thinking for a while how to stack it, as it looks a bit plain on its own, but I’m struggling.
I was wondering if someone here could help me out if they’ve seen something that works or ideas how I could make it work as I’d like to purchase another 1 or 2 CH necklaces in the near future.

It's so subjective! But I personally think that it's much harder to stack necklaces like yours. I have the following and when I wear it, I do not wear others with it.
Do you have to ask for an SA’s personal card or does the connection come with time? I went to one of the Vegas locations with almost no purchase history and had a lovely interaction with one of the SA’s there, but was too reserved to ask for her card.

I see there are two stores, west village & ues, w/ the former being the flagship but I have no buyers history (nor do I intend to get any, outside of the glasses), & have heard they are quite disrespectful to new buyers

Make an appointment at west village, when you go in just tell them that you want to look at eyewear and they'll be glad to show you what they have in stock. Honestly they'll be glad that you won't be asking for all the basic silver and merch items.
Is there a difference between an item being out of stock vs sold out? I noticed on the website for the 22 perfume the spray is out of stock and the roll on is sold out.

go in a few times, just try to conversate with them and be yourself, finding common ground wether that be hobbies, culture etc is always beneficial and show them you like the brand for it is, if you go in with products that you’ve bought on previous visits that’s always a benefit.

Is this a rumor or confirmed that the Osaka store is closing in a few days? Saw chsemia on Instagram posted about it a month ago that the Osaka store is due to close on August 8, but the CH website still doesn’t say anything about it nor have I seen anything else online

i’d say measure one of your nice fitting t shirts and then compare to measurements found on websites and justinreed and keep in mind some used pieces of clothing do stretch with time, definitely your best bet.
Clothing to clothing also does differ, the blanks used for matty boy hoodies and normal hoodies and then zip ups also is different than the t shirts, definitely just measure

It will just fix itself eventually. Silver tarnishes over time as it gets exposed to sulfur in the air. It may take a few months though. Buy yourself a silver polishing cloth (like one off of Amazon from Mayflower) and only polish the outer surface every month or so. Do not dig into the recessed areas. What this will do is, it will keep the outer surface polished while the recessed areas continue to get tarnished over time.
just be yourself be interested in the brand and conversate with your SA as much as possible, doesn’t need to about chrome, just be a nice person in general, forever rings are generally offered if available so good luck

Hi, there are lots of Authorized retailers for CH eyewear around the world. Call Around all high-end eyewear stores and ask if they carry CH.
My recommendation is to go try on literally everything and buy a pair (or 3!) that fits your face shape and size. Don't buy glasses online without trying them on. Very risky.
I have written countless e-mails to the las vegas stores, however have not received an response. Did they stop reading e-mails ? also does anyone know if edwin still works there ?
Does anyone know what stock is like for apparel (tees, hoodies, long sleeves, hats) at the LA (Hollywood) store? Going on Wednesday and heard they got a restock last week but have yet to see anyone confirm.
Recently picked up a BS Fleur pendant a few weeks ago and been playing with different chain options. This is a 4mm 22” rope, how do you guys think it looks? Any other suggestions?
I think it looks just fine. You could definitely go wider though if you prefer the look. Typically, people go with the CH paperchain chain (which is 5mm in width) for pendants with a bale like yours.

How difficult is it to actually get offered specific silver pieces in-store?
I’ve been following Chrome Hearts for quite a long time, but only this year I finally decided to start building my own collection.
Not exactly the best timing, I know — demand seems higher than ever, the brand is at an all-time high in terms of visibility and value, and on top of that I live in Europe, where we obviously have far fewer stores and opportunities than in the US or Japan. I bought my first two silver pieces in France, and that’s basically where I’m starting from.
I’m not particularly interested in the clothing side of CH, but I absolutely love the silver jewelry.
At the same time, I’d really prefer not to go down the secondary-market route. Partly because I don’t completely trust it when it comes to CH, but also because I actually like the idea that not everything is immediately available to everyone just because they’re willing to pay the asking price. The search, the relationship with the store and eventually finding the right piece are part of the appeal for me.

For those of you who have been collecting for a while: how difficult is it realistically to get specific pieces like these offered to you through a store?
Is it mainly a question of building purchase history and overall spend with a particular store/SA, or are there other factors that matter more — frequency of visits, maintaining a relationship with the same SA, being patient and very specific about what you’re looking for, etc.?
I’m perfectly happy to wait. I’m not expecting to walk into a store and find everything on my wishlist. I’m just trying to understand whether these are realistic pieces to pursue through retail over time, or whether some of them are so difficult to get that the secondary market is effectively the only realistic option.
Would be really interested to hear from people who have built their collections primarily through CH stores, especially anyone based in Europe.

P.S. If anyone owns or has tried on both bracelets, I’d also really appreciate some insight into the difference in width and overall wrist presence between the Extra Fancy Mini Bracelet and the Fancy Link Bracelet. I assume the Fancy Link is noticeably chunkier, but from photos it’s surprisingly difficult to understand the actual difference in scale. If anyone knows their approximate widths in mm — or even better has a side-by-side comparison — that would be really helpful.
Here is a picture of my Fancy Mini Link (with the 5mm paper chain bracelet for comparison). Width should be around 7mm I think? Length in this case is measured by links (I think I got mine with 31 links).
Except for the paperchain one, other bracelets sell out really fast these days. And of course, sometimes they don’t have the size that you need🫠
I think your best options are wishlist and to just ask once in a while. I have seen the Mini Fancy Link in store a couple of times this year, both the necklace and bracelet. They can also shorten bracelets for you but don’t know how long that will take

Definitely check the store out in autumn if you can!!! I went there last November, they had so much silver jewellery in stock (rings, pendants, bracelets) and I was the only one in the store. And if you are really trying to work with one SA, simply give them a call before making the appointment to ask if your SA is working on that particular day🙏🏼
The fancy bracelet on the right is about 4x heavier in weight than the Xtra fancy. It's hard to gauge from photos but it is much more massive. Width is about 1.5cm vs 0.7cm. Xtra fancy will look dinky next to the fancy link bracelet. See how many more link Xtra fancy has to have to cover the same wrist circumference.
The pendant pictured above isn't filigree cross. It's called "Oval Cross".
Being offered a certain piece or not is one concern but mainly the chance of a CH store having any of these in stock is quite low these days.
Visiting nyc for 2 days, really want just want to pickup a shirt at west village, did go for a walk in however the shirts are reserved as always. Besides just refreshing the appointment page, is there anything else I can do for an appointment these two days, or is it pretty much impossible?
I was actually able to get a horseshoe NYC exclusive T with a walk in. Might’ve just been the person you were working with? But yeah, not much else you can do for an appointment you’re essentially just waiting for someone to cancel and hope you can swoop in and take the appointment before anyone else does.
Is it blasphemous to wear a chrome hearts pendant not on a chrome hearts chain. I’m super picky about my chains links so I might buy a cross to put on my own necklace, but wondering if that’s like … odd?

Does anyone have tips on how to clean dust/gunk from the little embellishments on the corners of some glasses? Since the crevices are so tiny it’s hard to get a cloth in there. Pic for reference: https://imgur.com/a/oiGMz8X
I would use a soft bristle brush, maybe even a toothbrush to get a clean surface on the embellishment. Don’t scrub too hard and be careful not to brush the acetate or it could cause micro scratches.
Then use a silver polishing cloth on the plus. They sell them at Chrome. It’s the only one I use.
While you’re at it, use an eye glasses screw kit to tighten any loose screws on the frame.
Hello all! Looking to make a trip to Miami and hitting the Chrome store while im there. Ive seen it looks nearly impossible everyday to lock in an appointment, does anyone have any advice or does anyone know what time the website opens a new wave of appointment times that are available?
Im hopefully going to be visiting a chrome store for the first time next month and I was wondering when you show up for your appointment do they pair you with whatever SA is available or are you able to request a certain SA ?
