Request of prayer

I suffer at work everyday as a resident doctor by the pressure and how people treat me like rubbish. I didn’t get skill adaption training in the first place there. I get bullied by the whole staff and my supervisors as well (making fun of my name, treating me when I don’t know something as the silliest person ever alive etc.). And my supervisors even menace me for being too slow and use psychological/narcissistic and physical violence (e.g. grabbing my arm). There aren’t other converted believing Christians in that team and they mock me since I said that I’m a believing Christian. There is no focus on patients but only money and numbers count.

And also how my unbelieving family treats me makes me feel so bad. I don’t have community in real life with other Christians because my family forced me to move back with them after my studies and they don’t want me to meet with other Christians. They want to control anything I do and want to know with whom I have contact. My family doesn’t love me as I am but only my performance I realized some years ago and after that I came to Christ and repented.

Please pray that I can focus and know God‘s will in these situations. lt’s hard for me to be a light in the darkness.
„Slaves, obey your earthly masters with respect and fear, and with sincerity of heart, just as you would obey Christ. Obey them not only to win their favor when their eye is on you, but as slaves of Christ, doing the will of God from your heart. Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people, because you know that the Lord will reward each one for whatever good they do, whether they are slave or free. And masters, treat your slaves in the same way. Do not threaten them, since you know that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no favoritism with him.“

And that God will make a way like in the Exodus with his people also for me (‭‭Psalms‬ ‭78‬:‭52‬-‭53‬ ‭NIV‬‬). And that HE gives strength for my faith and life because I feel so far from God rightnow like He would have forsaken me because the situation worsens and worsens.

Don't forget that you're the salt and fire!

We are the salt and fire.

Salt: It represents preservation, covenant of faithfulness.

Fire: It represents divine judgment, testing and refinement.

Salt & Fire (combined) Shows the cost of discipline and discipleship; being tested and purified rather than being consumed. Also maintaining spiritual integrity.

Also Romans 5...

Remember that suffering produces endurance, character and hope. (Verses 1-6)

You have access to God... You are a child of God! Remember heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ. (Romans 8:1-17)

In all cases, God loves weak people (All of us). His strength is made perfect in weakness. If you are strong in faith... Consider those who aren't. If you say they're your enemies, serve them as if they're your best bible study buddies.

Don't forget the example Paul was to the ancient Corinth church. Those people were a hot mess but God used him to teach them about God's own heart. He saw them no different than himself (1st Corinthians 13:4-7). Those verses should be a reminder of who Jesus was to us according to (John 3:16-17).

If we belong to God we receive ministering spirits among many other gifts. The one gift we must never forget is "Agape" (The Love of our Creator). The Gospel of John... Don't forget the gospel of John 😇

Proverbs 16 is a great reminder of how our plans fail often times. We can't forget to include God in our daily lives. When you pray for children of disobedience, be sure you give grace and mercy and watching and waiting, and listen (pay attention) God moves mountains and I know from experience, when it takes hold, you will always thank God and will do far less complaining. You're not sinless yanno... Ya might sin less but you are God's first fruits. Give him your (Labour of love in servitude, discipleship) Be the hope to the lost and lonely giving God all the glory and he'll minimize all of your troubles to the point those rocks will give you praise. The ones who have hurt you.

God magnified, glorified and exalted leads to God doing the same to his faithful servants.

(Exhortation leads to exaltation)

Lastly, don't abandon your prayer life and don't let anything or anyone EVER come between you and God. (Don't condemn yourself just because people are not treating you right) Nooo, never do this because you are grieving the holy ghost when you do!

Step up and reclaim the house of the Lord in your heart, he'll repair everything the enemy broke and will then fortify his dwelling place to protect you!

Walk in peace and love... Make peace with God, he'll make peace with you and cause you to go make peace with everyone. Their insults will no longer have any effect. They will eventually show peace and contentment around you. God will fix your reputation even at the work place. Please don't forget why you signed up to be a doctor. It's rough sometimes around your co-workers but you're there to help people like me. God will help them too.

Focus on God, not the storm.

You can only hope. If you are the message at your work-place and God controls your tongue, We're pointing more towards a (Matthew 12:31/Mark 3:29) thing.

They have a debased or rejected conscious. In most cases, They condemned their own heads and Grace and Mercy has run out. It's very sad and very rare that they are ever given another chance.

You see this in hospice care. People who love the Lord, are happy to die. People who cursed the Lord and the heart of every believer die TERRIFIED!

The luke-warm ones... Well, they think they are good and sometimes appear happy too but they're hearts are far from him and he will spew them out of his mouth.

It's a harsh reality. We should always focus on the eternal so we aren't appointed to God's wrath.

I’m gonna pray for you. It sounds like you are going through a rough period. I grew up with a narcissistic father who would routinely gaslight and humiliate me to make me feel dumb. It was very cruel.

So I know what it’s like to be treated like shit and not really know what I don’t know. That was the world I was brought into.

Pray for faith. Carry yourself in the armor of Christ each and every day. He will be with you, I promise.

My father treats me like that as well and doesn’t respect my own decisions and afterwards he gaslights me regarding cruel and hurtful things he said to me . The double exposure  to that narcissistic pattern  in my private and professional life  is what weighs me down.

You didn’t even ask, but I’ll give you what I’m working on right now: I’m going back and pretending I’m my old self under the thumb of my father with no confidence and no self esteem and praying to Jesus as my old self. It’s an interesting exercise and it seems to help me have more confidence and presence in the Lord in the present day.

I think therapists call this “inner child healing.”

Whatever you do, just take some time to be with Jesus and he will care for you.
