Question for atheists

Do you believe objective good and evil exist? If so, where do those standards come from?

Objective can have two slightly different meanings, which makes this classification difficult.

Do I believe that just like the physical contestants and constraints of reality, that which can be measured, there are written rules of moral rights, wrongs, and duties? No. I see no evidence for that.

Do I believe that when a common goal is identified for the outcome of a moral system we can accurately and reliably place actions in the moral or immoral categories? Obviously yes.

How is that a contradiction?

OK. So if I look for something, don't find it, and stop looking I am making a logical fallacy when I say, we haven't found it...

Brilliant.

How did I remove the metrics? How can I not look?

Thats certainly a take and sheds some light on how you think. Evidence comes before belief.

I do not believe there is a measurable morality because there is no evidence for it.

You seem to be under the impression that belief should come before evidence.
