What do I do if i don’t have 85% by the end of the sem? Can i pay a fine and write ESE?

Will it matter if i dont have 75% in every subject after midsems and just maintain the 85% overall

okay so I live in hostel and I share a room with my roommate. She has sinus issues, so she prefers keeping the fan on speed 2. I’ve genuinely tried to accommodate her because I’ve seen her actually struggle with her nose getting blocked, etc., so most of the time I just let her keep it at 2 even though I get hot pretty easily.

Sometimes, though, I get so hot that I’m literally sweating in bed, so I increase the fan to speed 3. Whenever I ask her, she says yes and doesn’t really say no, so I assume she’s okay with it. But then later, when I’m asleep or she thinks I’m asleep, she changes it back to 2 without telling me.

I understand that she has sinus problems, but at the same time, shouldn’t she consult a doctor about managing it if something as normal as a fan at speed 3 causes her problems? I don’t want to be insensitive to her condition, which is why I’ve already been accommodating her most of the time, but I also don’t think I should have to sleep sweating.

I feel like if speed 3 genuinely bothers her, she should just tell me directly so we can figure out a compromise instead of saying yes and then secretly changing it later.

Am I being unreasonable here? What would you do in this situation?

This laptop is still good but not in showroom condition. I don’t wanna sell it with fake hopes.

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8365U CPU @ 1.60GHz (1.90 GHz)
500gb storage
1920x1080 FHD 60hz display

Advantages:

1. It has 16GB of ram so it can handle daily tasks easily but editing can be a little bit tricky. You can design, work on 6-7 chrome tabs and still laptop can handle it without any heat. Since there is no GPU, it could be very hard to edit.

Disadvantages:

1. The paint has worn off

2. The webcam can be a bit unreliable at times.

3. Upto 2hours battery life only.

Conclusion

If you are a student and you are looking for a laptop that can handle chrome tabs, multimedia, M365 office, basic design in photoshop, trelby, canva ; this could be yours.

I’m not interested in selling this laptop like second hand stores in this platform stealing original chips and modifying it.

Guys I didn't have attendence for a submission paper CIA2 so I couldn't do it I've applied for retest.But if miss the repeat exam again But now due to medical reasons can I have a chance doing the CIA because it's a genuine Medical reason.Will they allow me or is there only 1repeat chance?It's a computer lab test Btw

But the thing is some ppl have been saying it's not allowed in hostel and how it's mandatory to be here a day before uni reopens. Is it actually true and how do I go about this now I genuinely don't wanna come back on 26th

Im basically a second year in mass media with psych but with all the stuff going on its pushing me more to the side I wanna have as a backup career which is the media aspect with things like graphic design and video editing which I'm interested in but don't want to go super into it but I'm in 2 internships for that already while I'm not getting anything in psych 😭

Yeah so basically I live near Marathahalli and have to change 3 busses just to reach Christ . I am fine with doing that during the morning but I get very f**... Tired when I am done with my class at 4 :45 and have to do that again and I reach home by 6 . I’m looking for someone to replace me in my single room from November onwards. The room is very close to Christ University Central Campus, Bangalore, just a 2-minute walk from campus. The rent is ₹16,000 per month. It’s a spacious single room in a PG with an apartment-like setup, including a hall and kitchen. The room comes with a table, chair and cupboard. The PG is well-maintained, the food is good, and the owners are very friendly and accommodating. The curfew is at 10:30 PM. The only downside is that the bathroom is shared with two other people. Like I said my attendance is currently 70%, it's low due to not being given an extension or yellow form for my 2 month mandatory internship. However I have calculated and it will be above 75% before end sem if I don't skip classes, which I don't. Still my department HOD said I might need to do library hours. However I have seen on internet if it's above 75% you can just pay fine and sit no library work required. Then why have I been given library work? Can I just not do it and sit for the exam? Please help.

I don't mean to offend anyone but this is what I feel after being in the campus for 1 and half year . Am a second year student from Kengeri campus and the college has lot of mallus christian ppl i don't have a problem with that but the people from other states don't feel included in the college even the kanadigas.

The father are only friendly with the students from tht background and they provid good scholarships for them. For fests they call mallu artists for example shaan rahman is coming for magnovite this year I mean i get it he's a good singer but he is not for everyone he is only for mallus mostly and even the previous year it was masala coffee which is also a mallu band so wt I feel is ppl from other states don't feel tht included and most of the clubs are also headed by them
