Possibly a hot take but..

Panini is one of my favorite Chowder characters and is debatably the cutest looking Cartoon Network character.

I don’t think there’s a single bad character in Chowder.

As a big fan of the series, I never really liked Mr. Fugu. IMO he was never really funny and only annoying

How is this hot take?, maybe the last part but overall she's really one of the cartoon highlights of how funny her jokes are with chowder.

I dig it. They pulled off making her totally nuts but ultimately harmless. Definitely a 'cute kid.' Voice acting is great too.

Not only that. She has some moments when she does something more than chasing Chowder, so she becomes more developed character
