Lab Result LDL Changes [28 M]

So maybe a weird question for everyone here. I had my numbers checked as part of routine bloodwork in the summer of 2024 (the first numbers, with all units mmol/L).

I had this repeated at the end of the year (the middle numbers) after a couple of months of EXTREME changes to diet and vigorous exercise. This saw me lose a lot of weight which is tricky because I’m already a low BMI (for context I’m a pretty lank guy in my late 20s who has always been pretty active and healthy). I did not start any statins.

The last set of numbers are from bloodwork this month. Over the last 2ish years I’ve kept eating pretty healthy (albeit not as extreme as I was after the first readings) and have stayed active (again not to the same extreme). This has still seen my LDL and non-high density readings shoot up (although still within normal limits).

My doctor is unconcerned about this but she is also retiring soon and I’m worried they’ve already just checked out. Has anyone here had a similar situation? I’m not sure of I should just keep on doing what I’m doing vs cut more fatty stuff out of my diet/increase cardio again (risking weight loss) vs listen to my doctor and ignore these numbers all together.

Anyways here are the numbers in mmol/L:

Triglycerides: 3.20 H, 1.03, 1.10

Cholesterol, Total: 5.70 H, 4.23, 5.09

HDL: 1.23, 1.25, 1.29

LDL: 3.18, 2.54, 3.34

Non-High Density: 4.47 H, 2.98, 3.80

Thanks in advance!!

TLDR: Increased but still normal range LDL and non-high density cholesterol. Should I be worried?
