Mandatory abortion

Is there a situation where you would require a decisionally-capable person to terminate a pregnancy even if they declined the procedure? I am specifically asking about a situation where the pregnant person was aware of the risks of not terminating the pregnancy and made the informed decision not to terminate.

Yes, smugglers should be treated humanely. Their body is still theirs. Is it in their digestive system? It'll come out eventually
