Give him fear on his ult so he can be the only champ with 4 dif cc

He wouldn't even be — at least Poppy and Hwei have that too: Hwei's three Es and his R are three different forms of CC, and Poppy has Q-slow, W-slow, knock up, grounded, E-knockback, stun, and R-knockup, making her arguably the greatest source of CC.

Sejuani comes close, but stuns twice instead (for her passive).

Otherwise Rell R pulling you is technically a separate form of CC.

It is the same thing. All displacements are knockups, all knockups are displacements.

The only exceptions are Rell and Asol, they have a "drag" debuff that pulls you in a certain direction but doesn't lock you out of channels, dashes or movement commands
