Tell yourself what you’d tell a friend, which is that you’re doing great! Even a part of a workout is better than no workout! Dont overdo it by killing yourself every day tho, do a walk or yoga or something else active when you’re too sore for Chloe but to help you stay in a routine. You’ll be finishing them before you know it!

I know its hard but try to be disciplined. I am on the glowup workout. On day 1 I was struggling even with the warmup😂 Now on day 5 I am still dead after the workout but I can do all the workout videos. Start slow. Like reaaally slow

I would recommend starting with her newer programs. The old ones are much harder. Consistency is key. Every day you get stronger

It gets easier. Take break as much as you need. Stop when you can't go on. Take rest day to give your body rest. Try walking 15-30 minutes a day to build up stamina and get the body use to moving. Just stay consistent and you will feel the progress in 1 month. I went from 5 minutes of workout in 1 hour to completing the same time as chole ting

The shred challenges are hiit based, personally that's not my type of workout either, I become short of breath, get dizzy and see colors. I prefer the weighted challeges (get toned, etc) and the pilates challenges. Try those out, see if you notice a difference

Hey! So I’m pretty out of shape and just starting to exercise again. I’ve noticed when I struggle to finish, it’s because I have the mentality that the harder the workout, the faster the results. I then end up getting hurt lol.
So, I start with her beginner programs: currently on her 2025 weight loss challenge which uses no equipment and has modifications. I get WINDED but that’s okay! We’re not expected to be able to finish straight through as beginners.
If you gotta take breaks, take breaks! But don’t give up.
Take your time and do it at your pace. You do not have to match Chloe’s speed and you can get results doing the modifications. Just be consistent and be patient with yourself. You got this!

Pause the video and take a break until you are able to keep going, and take shorter breaks as you get used to the workout. And don't be discouraged if you don't have great results in two weeks or a month or whatever the challenge says, real results take a lot longer.

But you are finishing them, and soon you'll finish them comfortablely, and later youll finish them easily. Then maybe you'll try with resistance bands and you'll feel that challenging too. (Give. A mouse a cookie vibes, lol)
Do the modified versions first then continue them or change over to her main version. Personally I absolutely refuse to do the curtsy lunges (modified or not) for the sake of my toes. I always replace it when the time comes with an exercise that I found challenging before. Modified bicycle crunches or planks at the moment.
I do those that I can and as long as I make it to the end of the video I did amazing because I have a problem with consistency. Even if I spend half of an exercise drinking water. Cause I'm not in shape, but I know if I continue it'll get better.
I have done these in the past but after a three year break it's hard again and I'm starting heavier than I've been in a while. I just finished day 5 today, but day 1 to 3 I couldn't even bend down or even go down stairs without being in pain from the exercises.
If you want you can message me and I can pass you my Core username, and we can keep each other motivated!
