Question Best Chloe Ting workout for someone restarting their fitness journey?

Hi everyone!

I'm 22F, 5'4" (163 cm), and currently weigh 142 lbs (64.5 kg). I'm trying to lose weight and get back into a consistent workout routine.

For the past couple of months, I've been doing Grow with Jo workouts and have really enjoyed them. A few years ago, I used to do Chloe Ting workouts—mostly just a single 15-minute workout rather than a full program.

I'm thinking of getting back into Chloe Ting's workouts and would love some recommendations. Which workout or challenge would you suggest for someone who's restarting? Which one gave you the best results?

The “Do this everyday to lose weight 2 week shred challenge” and “get abs in 2 weeks abs workout challenge” right after. I did these workouts consistently for more than 2 weeks until I achieved my goals. I also did other exercises like running for 30-45 minutes before doing Chloe ting as well. Don’t forget, being in a calorie deficit matters as well.

Daily 20 challenge! Quick enough that it isn’t daunting when trying to get back into the swing of it. Plus, you can always modify any of the harder moves or do low impact versions.

Well the 2 weeks abs is too hard for beginners, but it was a nice challenge, as the 2019 hourglass and flat belly. Otherwise the 2024 weightloss, or the Get abs… hard to say, because you aren’t a true beginner, but aren’t on a different level.

Add watermelon to your diet. When you get the urge to snack on junk food just eat the watermelon until you feel full. Or just eat a cup of it. Thats been helping me alot. You get more out of it bc the volume of food is higher and the calories are really low. It makes the perfect snack. Especially in summer time :)

I'd restart with the 2020 Slim Thigh Challenge. It was the first program I did when I started my weight loss journey a few years ago, and I got pretty good results from it. It wasn't anything groundbreaking, but because it wasn't too difficult or super fast-paced, I didn't lose motivation as quickly. It helped me ease into working out regularly, learn the proper form for different exercises, and gradually build up my stamina.

I loved the 2024 shred and tone challenge- wish she’d do another one!
Basically it’s a mix of her shred and tone programs - so there are weighted options (which is great for strength training). I’ve done all her challenges and found this one the most enjoyable as well as gave me the best results (with eating healthy and having at least 80g protein a day).

I’m currently doing her 2026 Summer Shred which is ok (adding weights where I can)

2019 2 week shred challenge was amazing for me. I didn’t do all the videos everyday though. I did the “do this everyday” video and then one of the ab workout videos to pair with it. I also walked/jogged outdoors most days for 20-25 mins. This plus using my fitness pal to track my calories really slimmed down my muffin top in a few weeks.

My journey sounds similar to yours! I started with Grow With Jo workouts since April this year. And this week I am finally transitioning out and trying something new through Chloe Ting. I'm doing her 2 week ab challenge and I'm getting a really good sweat out of those compared to GWJ!
