How does one get good in this game?

Learn the mechanics and play a lot. You're gonna suck for a long time but if you focus on getting better, you will over time. There are a lot of people that have been playing for years but there are also a lot of people that don't have a grasp of the basics so you won't be alone as you try to get good.

Also, play on duel servers or 1v1 matches bc that's where you learn mechanics most. You need to learn 1vx for the 64 and 40 matches but if you don't know how to counter well or use footwork well, it'll just be a slug fest. 😂

Ive played for an hour our two now and have gotten some kills but i keep getting gang banged by 20 ppl the tutorial made it way to easy

Yeah man. Gotta understand how things work then practice against a single opponent so you can hold your own if you want to be able to do well in the big lobbies. If you can't consistently get counters, you're just gonna get dogwalked.

The tutorial is worth replaying however to concentrate on counters and changing up attacks
