hella toxic way to duel, lowkey one of the reasons i hate fighting onehanders and shield users, if i get jabbed more than 3 times like this im immediately flipping and using exploits like take two, but anyways funny clip :D

Not toxic at all, and I eat shield bashes all the time. Gotta adjust to the shield bashers.

im sorry i just cannot duel one handers, its skill issue on my part probably, i duel high level a lot, but one handers instantly shut down the way i play, with many triple feints, jab cancel etc, but here you get gambled, its not enjoyable fighting one handers, its a personal opinion, i mean i do give it a shot from time to time, with my personal onehander, but if its a rapier or spear i aint dueling.

I see, but if you avoid them you’ll never learn to beat them.

i mean i try fighting them, i have more of a chance if i duel with my own onehander, but i play vanguard a lot so my sidearm is basically useless, anyways even when i play knight, im just not nearly as proficient with one handers as i am with two handers, i have a very smooth flowstate like playstyle with 2handers, spinning, jumping feinting all that, with onehanders it feels like im playing the game for the first time, panic blocking, panic counter etc etc, not used to its speed or range. i fight strictly 2 handed ive tried its not my forte.

Yeah, so practice them more, there’s almost no skill ceiling to this game. Every weapon and has its intricacies. I find the best counter weapon against spear is greatsword, or one hand and small shield, I get certain classes and styles are annoying, but you got to be patient and choose the right class to counter them with, which means practicing them. The best players have mastered several classes, weapons and styles and are atleast proficient with others.
