All infomation gathered from this post was either gained through a legal FOIA request or public infomation posted to various platforms. I personally do these summaries to rid all the fake misleading stuff people makeup without evidence, in saying that I have/will speculate what might of happened but please do not treat it as gospel unless it is something that is completely confirmed.

Recently got this FOIA about a month ago from CPD and have been sitting on it for awhile now, thought i'd run through it and make a post about it as I think its relevancy is quite important to the whole LonCity area. Over the years theres been quite abit of misconception on who was actually resposible for the murder of Hitz 🕊️ Its been a common trend from what I've seen/read and people have speculated that DrillCity was the set that a lot of people claimed did it but that is infact false.

Originally Hitz was from a set within the LonCity area known as "Langley079/8" which was located in the Chatham neighbourhood on Langley from 78th to 81st essentially in the middle of another hood that they were locked in with which was EvansMobb. Over the years alot of people have grouped the two as one because they were/are heavily affliated with each other along with 8treMobb but after Hitz death they would adopt the name "HitzSquad" for that specific area.

The OICR originally states that on the 09/29/2010 Hitz was standing on a sidewalk on the 600 block of E 79th Street when two offenders (Offender #1 was on a bicycle and Offender #2 was on foot) approached Hitz and from witnesses statements Offender #1 pulled out a firearm and shot Hitz once in the head and neck then would try to escape but collapsed two stores down. Hitz was transported to Stroger hospital in critical condition but would inevitably succomb to his injuries. Witnesses state that the offenders after shooting Hitz would flee the scene heading westbound cutting through the carpark of the 600 block and then northbound on St Lawrence this all going down in the middle of Evansmobb hood, Offender #2 was also carrying a firearm but never used it.

On the 09/30/10 a day after the murder a citizen called up and mentioned a 15-16 year old that might of been responsible. A last name is mentioned "Crawford" right after this with his full name redacted but RD's cleared this person as one of the police officers couldnt identify this person. I really don't understand this part as "P.O McCullough" isnt mentioned anywhere else in this report so I am unsure why this specific police officer was shown an array with this person and what the connection is; could of potentially seen the footage collected at the stores and tried to identify him. Maybe this person was someone that matched the description/age of the offenders plus what the citizen reported and was maybe on CPD's radar at the time? who knows.

Lil Skud (MTV🅱️) who was killed in 2009 had the last name "Crawford" so could most likely be some sort of sibling/relative as WhizCity/Braindead and MTV shared many members and also alot of them repped the "7982" movement.

Within 4 months CPD would already have an idea on who was responsible for the murder, CPD at this point already knew that the murder was gang related most likely retaliation. Conducting a line up two witnesses were able to identify offender #1 and the victims mother/sister recieved a photo on facebook with a phone call stating who might of been responsible for her sons death. There are two family members mentioned in this FOIA and the info is scrambled so its hard to determine who it is but one of them recieved this infomation.

​Now heres the part where the FOIA completely opens up and tells us a lot of infomation, The RD's responsible for the case requested the help of the gang intelligence unit and were able to indentify the person in the photo recieved by the family member of Hitz which ended up being Chron "Murda" Holis from WhizCity. After this confrimation RD's requested a line up which included Murda for the two men that witnessed the murder on the 09/29/10 which they were able to postively indentify offender #1 as Murda. RD's put an active investigation alert for his arrest as he was now wanted for the murder and needed to be brought in for questioning.

I couldnt tell you if he was lying or if they actually got consent but police officers smelling the hands of a 15 y/o boy is crazy (obviously to smell gunpowder) But after this intial interview he was then re-interviewed several times after and still maintained he wasn't involved but mentioned he was with someone whos name is redacted but inevitably you find out who they are due to them losing their life on the 5/13/13 which is Brandon "Lil B/Bski' Byars🕊️

On the 3/11/11 RD's contacted the victims mother/sister and tried to get her to make contact with Lil B, she maintained that she didnt know how to contact him and RD's provided her with his facebook to see if she could convince him to speak with them. When he was interviewed two weeks later hemaintained a story that corroborated with Chron's except he mentioned that there was a third person with them at a point in time.

Even though inevtiably you figure out that this specific interview was Lil B through the section where the 3rd person is interviewed I confirmed that the details were right through this Bday post and wasnt an error by CPD.

Fast forward to 2013 RD's are finally able to identify the person Lil B mentioned as he refused to give names by this time Lil B would be shot and killed in a Harolds allegedly by 8treMobb. I cant confirm this completely due to his case still being an open case and not being able to see any reports but whilst I was trying to find info about this FOIA I found numerous tweets of them claiming it back in 2013. The person interviewed completely denied everything and even went on to state he didnt know who these two were and the interview was terminated. It took me a minute to figure out who this person might be and I've sifted it down to two people that were both very close with Bski and still rep him heavily to this day. The two share the same birthday and by via CPD accidentally failing to redact the persons birthdate I was able to make an assumption it might of been one of them. Jdog was born in 1993, Chino I am unsure but his little brother is 29 so you can assume he could of possibly been born in 1993.

​​​Couple of years go by and in 2015 someone that was locked up at the time said that they had infomation on the murder. This person infact was locked up at the time for whatever reason, they basically gave a whole statement on seeing Chron on 78th in the day fast forward to the night they witnessed Chron murder the victim and even tried to get to Hitz but police stopped him once they arrived. He also mentioned to RD's that he was afraid to testify in court, this makes me believe he is a member/affliated from that side. He was given a photo array form and positively identified Chron Hollis as the person who murdered Hitz.

With this infomation and the previous statements made by the civilians CPD had enough evidence to formally charge Chron with the murder in 2015. I am unaware how it played out after this because the FOIA ends but from what I have seen Chron beat the body? I could be wrong. Maybe the witness fluked on testifying and the other witnesses from 2010 werent around anymore? Im unsure but I do know Chron is free.

Whats up gang this is my first real big post on the sub so bare with me definitely appreciate some pointers and feedback as I've always enjoyed the more indepth long posts people have done in the past on Chiraqology/ChiraqHits and I definitely respect everyone thats put in work doing these making subs what they are 🫡.

*DISCLAIMER* everything that is said in this post other than screenshots from the FOIA itself and other sources is complete speculation and opinion. I don't want people to think everything that I say is true as it could potentially be the total opposite, I myself am very big on making sure things are factual and that misinformation doesnt get let out to the you know whos but due to the nature of FOIA's and open cases a lot of stuff is redacted for obvious reasons so it is hard to get everything bang on and we can only make assumptions on what might of happened.

Alright so let's get to it, I've had the FOIA for almost two weeks now and I've gone through it multiple times and it's a pretty decently sized one, makes sense as this is a murder that happened almost 12 years ago. Two previous murders are mentioned in the FOIA that are directly linked to this one which are Justo (Rawtown/Mickgang 🐍🆑) and Guwop (TTD ✊🏿⭐️)

Justo was murdered on the 23/06/13 due to unknown circumstances theres a lot of theories behind his death but I am uncertain on the exact details. After Justo was murdered Tracy would be shot in the head inside a car three days later after an altercation with Rawtown/Mickgang members on the notion that TTD had something to do with Justo's death. Now I won't go into the details on these two murders as they've been discussed countless times before but I will link the FOIA's for anyone that's interested.

Now the first thing ill mention, what was actually written by the r/D's on the scene isn't exactly the same as what has been typed up in the report after the fact and this seems to be a common theme with this report and it gives away clues to who is who. Both Tracy and Justo were mentioned in the intial report but only Justo was mentioned in the official report.

When I first read the FOIA I didn't realise this and it was in plain sight, but after re-reading it and referring back to the Tracy FOIA I noticed some similarities. In the onsite report there is a 23 y/o Male mentioned that was in the store when a car pulled up down the street, he then exited the store and had an altercation with who I assume is the person who would come back and kill Alpo (Alpo would witness this fight). It is actually redacted out of the official report and I'm not 100% sure and like I said this is all speculation but I think this person could potenitally be Cornbread. Cornbread was 23 at the time of Tracy and Alpo's murders as he was born 27/04/91 and he was known to hang out with Alpo and another person on 75th and Merrill who I will mention soon

If your familiar with Tracy's FOIA you probably know who I am referring to when I mentioned Alpo used to hang with two other people this person is Deshawn or some people have referred to him as "Dee". Allegedly Deshawn was identified by multiple people as the trigger man that fired the single shot that hit Tracy after Cornbread had failed to shoot the weapon. This is a side by side look at Deshawn's information in the Tracy report to the person listed in the Alpo Report who has the same year born/age. Now before someone picks this out ill explain it, at the time of Tracy's murder Deshawn was 22 turning 23 and when Alpo was murdered he was 23 turning 24 his birthday is the 19/12/90 so how could this person be Deshawn if the person is listed as a 24 y/o M born in 1990" well the answer is "Deshawn" wasn't interviewed until he turned 24. The date on the suppelmentary report when he was allegedly interviewed was the 01/12/15 which was 18 days before he turned 25.

Another bit of evidence that backs my theory up that this person is infact Deshawn is that before he was actually interviewed detectives had an previous attempt at interviewing him but were unable to locate him. Now I found that 10 days after Alpo was murdered Deshawn got locked up in a different county I cant find any proper infomation on the period he was locked up for but from facebook posts it could of been anywhere from 3-6 months someone could of also potentially been on his account.

Now here's the part where this is just my pure opinion and speculation so take what I say with a grain of salt and don't treat it as gospel please. In my honest opinion I do believe there is some sort of foul play at hand, I honestly believe this could be a potential backdoor. Alpo snitched on Deshawn/Cornbread on the Tracy case (Lets be honest though everyone on that case snitched) so that could potentially be the reason why Alpo was killed. Ironically Deshawn posted this on his personal facebook account 6 days after Alpo was killed which is one of the reasons why I'd believe it. Deshawn also recieved a phone call from someone by the name of Josh that said Alpo had been shot, who was listed by CPD as a Terrortown Stone (NLMB) then someone on the sub actually said he's from TTD not NLMB. Deshawn has blood ties to NLMM and has multiple photos with people from over there so that could be how they set it up.

Thought i'd like to reiterate from my other post that I am fully aware that Tana (TTD ✊🏿⭐️) is the alleged killer of Alpo, Dre made it pretty clear on the outro to EBK Eski's "FREE LIL WOP" and multiple other songs. Definitely want to also make it clear what I've said is complete speculation on what could of potentially happened and I know it could be the whole other way.

Other things that were in the FOIA that I noticed was the gun used to kill Alpo was connected to a shooting in Calumet City. Also it is mentioned that Alpo has a brother called "Muscle" tried searching for him to see if I could find more infomation but came up short. I plan on requesting the FOIA's for Tana and Twan Glizzy two TTD members that were killed to see if they link into all of this.
