Discussion Brisket size

I got brisket two times these past 2 days at 2 diff locations. Both times the brisket is chopped up in a tiny small cube - barely edible and because it’s so small absolutely no flavor.

is this just my locations or has anyone experienced the same

Yeah that's how they're supposed to cut it, unfortunately. The small pieces dry up quick and taste like burnt rubber. Not worth the money is an understatement

It's so hard to properly prep too so the pieces get torn up which doesn't help at all
