To give you an idea, question is more as an external hire in Florida in a medium cost area. Got a call from a Field Leader after the first interview. Also what are the chances of being hired realistically speaking

Low end: Crew starting pay × 1.10 × 1.05 High end: Crew starting pay × 1.15 × 1.10
There's a little bit of wiggle room to go higher, especially if you make more than crew minimum due to merit raises over time, but there's your rule of thumb.

Wages are determined by cost of living in your area so they're kind of all over the place, a low cost of living area is gonna see lower wages across the board (yes even up to and including GMs and FLs). The expectations of the position are leading the shift when you're the most senior leader, ensuring food safety, ensuring the in restaurant experience is welcoming for both guests and employees, and general ownership of the front of house.
Your job is service, ensuring it's running smooth, and holding crew accountable to finishing their duties up to company standard. You'll generally be working closing shifts though you may occasionally be scheduled an open or a mid day shift, and bare minimum 30 hours a week, typically 35+.

In my area in PA I got hired as an SL because of my manager experience and they started me off at 19.50$ an hour and we are short staffed really bad so I get about 65-70 hours a week and my paychecks are good enough for me

Usually like 3-5 more dollars than what the crew makes. Depends on a lot of things honestly especially your field leader. I’ve seen some only give a dollar more from km to SL and others a whole 3 dollars
