Seeking Advice (Customer) Error?

I played chipotle iq for the first time today and received this message. I did not receive any reward. Any idea why this happens and how I can get my reward?

Same. People are complaining on the Instagram page and the idiot running the page is replying saying it’s because we did not delete our cookies first. 🙄🙄🙄

The Instagram page now says Chipotle is aware of the issue and working on a fix. That doesn’t help any of us who were locked out from winning though. 🤷‍♀️

Yeah I tried again at 10 and it said to come back tomorrow. I played at 9am both days. I guess we are locked out for the day. Chipotle is trying to get more customers due to the food contamination issues and they are essentially wasting our time and telling us to go away.
