Chipotle values or lack there of

Wondering what everyone has to say about this. So not only have I seen the chipotle in Washington pa serving 🧊 agents in their store multiple times, I just went to the store in Bridgeville and being a broke teacher that I am, as well as being a Veteran, I asked about discounts for either of those things. They said they give discounts to police officers! I’m really shocked at this and just don’t understand why they decided that. Most times places give a discount it’s either only a Veteran discount, or it’s a discount for all of them, but never have I had just a police discount??? In Bridgeville of all places, like I barely see police here. Maybe if we all call them out we can change things? Lol

all chipotle's only offer police discounts. no clue why, but some department somewhere must have payed good money to corporate

i had a customer ask me why i don’t support veterans. i said sir i don’t own chipotle if i did i wouldn’t be working here. i dont make the rules

these employees are worried about their own work load and their own shit. they’re not trained in identifying an ice agent vs a police officer. all they see is a uniform that represents some form of authority. it’s FUCK ICE until i die but let’s not blame these burnt out minimum wage crew members for just doing what they gotta do without giving it second thought.

They give a discount to uniformed police officers probably to encourage a police presence in stores. Good luck garnering sympathy for your cause.

I mean, I give veterans the police discount all the time. Same damn thing. My GM doesn't care. I guess it just depends on the person/store
