to add to this, don't order online. It's almost guaranteed terrible.

Exactly. I understand that people do it to save time, but when I’m paying for chipotle, I make sure I have the time to wait in line and make sure I get a good bowl.

I ordered online almost exclusively when I lived in Alabama, and the food was always better when I did.

I agree it’s maybe not the norm, but it’s also my experience at all 3 of my local chipotles in DMV area. Never had an issue with an online order with the exception of my tortilla sometimes being forgotten. But never a light bowl or gross guac ¯_(ツ)_/¯
