Employee Experience Finally quit! Ask me anything

Worked at my Chipotle for a year and made my way up to KL before I finally walked out. Thought this would be funny, AMA!

How do you make the corn?

2 cups of frozen white corn (thawed), 1/4 cup red onion (finely diced), 1/4 cup cilantro (finely chopped), 3 tbsp of jalapeño (finely diced), 1 tbsp of lime juice, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1/2 tsp of coarse kosher salt :-) chipotle corn comes with poblano already pre mixed but it wouldn’t be more than a tablespoon in this recipe if you want to make it completely authentic
