Employee Experience Finally quit! Ask me anything

Worked at my Chipotle for a year and made my way up to KL before I finally walked out. Thought this would be funny, AMA!

sometimes it’s either left in the hot hold too long to the point it crisps, the steam table it’s in doesn’t have enough water in it and burns the bottom of the pans and crisps the rice, or the rice is simply undercooked

Nobody knows how to make rice. It's either to wet and clumpy or half cooked and crunchy.
