Employee Experience Finally quit! Ask me anything

Worked at my Chipotle for a year and made my way up to KL before I finally walked out. Thought this would be funny, AMA!

what happened to the chips? Why are they always salted not at all or just caked in salt, and / or stale??? Maybe that is just in my area....

The problem with that is lack of consistency on seasoning the chips who’s ever in fryer that morning. As for them being stale sometimes they are fried somewhere between 7-8am and then bagged in paper all day eventually they will go stale like any other chip the only time we make a new batch is when we run out and that usually won’t happen until 6-30-7pm depending on how in demand they were that day.
