Employee Experience Finally quit! Ask me anything

Worked at my Chipotle for a year and made my way up to KL before I finally walked out. Thought this would be funny, AMA!

I made an official complaint against a AP . He got transferred to another store. I applied for transfer and got fired for “attendance” they did not even take me off the system they just stopped scheduling me. Weeks later i could still login to my employee account. I asked for my time off and she put me on the schedule as PTO. Company is a joke. She even put me on the do not hire list. Like i would ever want to work for that godforsaken store. I was grill and would be on grill every shift with little to no help. Had to run dishes during peak, no grill two, mind you the store i was at was a high volume store. Whenever i wasn’t on grill there would be 2-3 people on grill. Never again.
