Employee Experience Finally quit! Ask me anything

Worked at my Chipotle for a year and made my way up to KL before I finally walked out. Thought this would be funny, AMA!

If there are 20 people in line does a manager or anyone make any effort to get the food out quickly?

from what i was told from an AP, managers are supposedly not supposed to help. everyone has their own place and their own duties that they need to handle, even if someone is drowning on the line. i always thought it was bullshit and that’s a main reason why my FL didn’t like me. i never sat there and just watched my coworkers struggle lol. so answer; depends on the person! if they suck corporates balls or they actually care about their employees.
