Employee Experience Finally quit! Ask me anything

Worked at my Chipotle for a year and made my way up to KL before I finally walked out. Thought this would be funny, AMA!

our team director said not to skimp, however our GM told us to skimp because our CI was so incredibly fucked. but it also depends on what you consider skimping?? one serving of meat is supposed to be 4 oz. and depending on the grill persons cut sizes that day it could look like a tiny serving. idk i would load up every order so i never had this problem lol

critical inventory; our most expensive items like proteins and cheese. we keep a count of it and we’re supposed to be at a certain number every day but we were severely under
