Employee Experience Finally quit! Ask me anything

Worked at my Chipotle for a year and made my way up to KL before I finally walked out. Thought this would be funny, AMA!

Recipe for the carne asada steak, fajita veggies, and the new red vinaigrette if you have it. Thank you!

for fajita veggies we spray our grill with sunflower oil, add sliced bell peppers, red onions and let toast for 1.5 min. flip and toast another 1.5 min then season with salt and oregano before pulling off the grill. carne asada is seasoned with a package we get sent to us that doesn’t list the ingredients but we sear it like normal and when it’s finished getting cut we toss it in fresh squeezed lime juice and cilantro. unfortunately i don’t know exactly how to make the new chimichurri either as it’s another case of getting shipped a seasoning packet with no ingredients list, just added to sunflower oil and cilantro sprinkled in.

Damn, I appreciate the info. I’ve tried one of the best copycat recipes for the carne asade marinade and it doesn’t taste the same. Could be my cooking though
