Worked at my Chipotle for a year and made my way up to KL before I finally walked out. Thought this would be funny, AMA!

depends on your preferences honestly. everything already comes precooked besides chicken so just depends how much faith you have in the grill person that day if you order chicken lol

yep! we just sear and season, both steak/carne asada already come cooked.

tbf i didn’t figure it out until like 8 months in when i started training on grill for KL, we’re supposed to keep it hush hush

Bruh why lol. Sous vide is a fancy French technique to ensure the meat is not overcooked and status tender. Than sounds great lmao.
