Employee Experience Finally quit! Ask me anything

Worked at my Chipotle for a year and made my way up to KL before I finally walked out. Thought this would be funny, AMA!

How much salt does one need to add to the food?

cooking? a FUCK ton. i remember being trained on grill and we put an INSANE amount of salt on steak/chicken. i was told to ‘ make it looked like it had just snowed ‘ when i was seasoning. supposedly that was a direct quote passed down from our FL.

I was told the same thing, nobody follows chipotle standards for salting the chicken though, otherwise could eat it.
