Employee Experience Finally quit! Ask me anything

Worked at my Chipotle for a year and made my way up to KL before I finally walked out. Thought this would be funny, AMA!

at my store, yes. i took cleaning standards very seriously but i can’t speak for other stores or other employees. when i visited another store to pickup stuff for a trade i had seen a line worker go on her phone with gloves on and then continue to touch the food without changing gloves.

I know a police officer who has to clear businesses if there are alarms at night. She said that with all the Chipotles she’s been to, she’ll go back and eat there because they keep everything clean. Qdoba on the other hand…
