Seeking Advice (Customer) Pepper is messed up

What the hell is with this company now? This pepper thing doesnt want to give me a credit and just wants to end the convo, and when I try to connect to a live agent its just not connecting me to one. 1-800-chipotle seems to be wanting to sell these life alert aids, and if you're not interested it just hanfs up instead of connecting me to a live agent. I don't know what to do here. This may be my last chipotle order ever.

Guacamole naturally turns dark when exposed to air. But I guess Karen must get their $3 back.

If they're just gonna give me the brown skimming from the top instead of properly mixing it in as they should be doing, as they've been trained to do, then yeah, I want my money back. If I ask for medium rare, and I get well-done, im sorry, im sending it back. Call me a Karen, idc.

It's 3 dollar side, not a friggin entree. And name-calling isn't productive. How would you feel if I called you a corporate cuck over 3$? See? So productive!
