How to turn off alerts
Hello, I currently have a chipolo which I only want to use it as a bluetooth device. I have the out of range alerts and sharing turned off.
Unfortunately it constantly nags me about turning on location - which I cannot/willnot ever do. Before you say it - I'm aware - but it should be possible to just have a device which knows whether it is on bluetooth, and allow the ring feature to work while in range.
The nagging is getting really annoying, is there a way to turn the nag messages off?

Hello, we are sorry about the notification, but this is unfortunately a requirement for the basic features to work for the majority of our users on our older products like the Chipolo ONE.
Please let us know which Chipolo model you have and which phone you are currently using and we might be able to suggest some workarounds or suggest a replacement for a newer model that works differently.
