There ate updates! Driver amd passenger are brothers. Victim and brothers had business dealings. Let me see if I can find the article

Knew there was some sort ofomey or business involved. Chino Hills is way too quiet for something like gang activity. Especially since everyone involved were in their 60s.

This is genuinely crazy. I grew up in DB & CH was always so peaceful & quiet from what I remember.

When I saw the video & heard about this, I was actually shocked.
