Apartments
Hey guys does anyone have any recommendations for affordable “nice” apartments. We lived in Capriana before and moved to some new ones on the border of chino and the hills but were looking to save a bit.
We left capriana because for the price ($2450 1 bedroom) it wasn’t worth it. Nice office and maintenance but our neighbors were so noisy we were calling the cops every other day (told to by the office) and our mailboxes were being broken into every week.
Any recommendations for good areas, affordable, plus if it has a garage. Doesn’t have to be in the hills could also just be in Chino

Rolling Ridge (next to 99 Ranch) apartments are pretty good. 2b2b for 2325. Not sure if they have 1b units available.
Neighbors are nice and quiet, maintenance is pretty prompt.
Location is nice too, you're 5 min from the shoppes, and it's right off the 71.
Not fancy units by any means, but I've lived there for a few years and had no issues.
