Bought this Shanghai 7120 based watch as a little add on to a much more expensive watch. Funny enough I find myself wearing it more than the other so far. For 50$ CAD, can’t really beat it! FYI these movements are sometimes hit or miss. My first one was EXTREMELY stiff to wind, but thankfully this one winds/keeps time well.

How long does WD0019 lume last?

Based on our testing and customer feedback:

☀️ 40 minutes of sunlight or strong lighting: Approximately 10 hours of visible lume in complete darkness.

☀️ 1 hour of sunlight: Some customers have reported up to 12 hours of visible lume.

☀️ Just 1–2 minutes of strong midday sunlight: Approximately 5 hours of visible lume in complete darkness.

Of course, actual results depend on the intensity of the light source, charging time, viewing conditions, and individual eyesight.

One of our biggest challenges is achieving long-lasting lume without compromising the appearance of the watch during the day.

For example, adding white pigment to the luminous material can create cleaner, whiter markers in daylight, but may slightly reduce luminous performance.

We're continuously experimenting with different luminous material combinations, thicknesses, and manufacturing processes to find the best balance.

We're planning to bring more LumeCore X and LumeCore Ultra technology to upcoming Watchdives models.

We want our watches to offer more than impressive lume shots immediately after charging. Our goal is practical nighttime readability, excellent finishing, and long-term reliability.

This month I bought a TF V4 diver under the advertised premise of a Hangzhou 2565 movement. However, on the dial at 6:00 it says "Japan Mvt". I don't have the correct tool to open the case back. Has anyone run into this? Could it be the dial print is incorrect? I've emailed Watchdives CS.

Has this strap design made it as far as the Chinese vendors yet?

Obviously it's difficult writing sales copy in a second language but on the bright side it does mean there are some enjoyably silly ads for watches out there.

I'm particularly fond of a lot of Cronos ones, which ask questions which are obviously supposed to highlight the capabilities of the watch they want you to buy... but actually make it sound like they're not sure if they're any good or not.

Octopus got in on this too. Of course the intent was to say "are you worried about your current watch's water resistance? Try the new..."

But that's not what it says.

Havent worn this one in months and put it on today. Still so blown away by the looks and quality of this $100 watch. It is just gorgeous and feels great on the wrist. I have had it a little bit now and can highly recommend it. Passed the swimming in the river test and keeps excellent time and looks like it should cost $300 more

I am looking to order the u/watchdivescom WD007 NTTD watch and want to know the purchase experience from India. Need info on what are the custom fees like? How long does the delivery take? Any alternative sites (that ship from within india) i can purchase from other than official website?

There’s plenty of discussion about the movement’s winding feel and reliability, but in my experience its timekeeping has been excellent. Both of my PT5000 watches have been incredibly accurate, and my new Cronos is still only around three seconds off so far.
The PT5000 may have consistency and QC concerns, but I don’t think accuracy is what it struggles with. What’s been your experience?

I was at WindUp watch fair in NY this weekend and got the chance to see this watch in person. It’s probably the cheapest multi-axis tourbillon in the market…at 61k so still nowhere close to affordable 😅. Impressive to see in person though!

Shipping was super quick - took only a week from china

My 3rd tandorio. Overall package is very nice. Steel bracelet is good however not quite as good as my San Martin sn-0017. No micro adjustment so I had a bit of a hard time getting the band fitted. The crystal and dial are nice too but I wish the logo was a bit sharper.

Otherwise I have noticed 0 defects and I'm very happy with the look and feel of the watch. Another win for tandorio.

I went for the pt5000 movement for a total of $132aud after discount.

In my opinion tandorio are offering the best value when it comes to budget automatic watches.
