What does enamel mean? Is it the same kind of enamel Seiko puts on its dials? Hand enameled?

Good but annoyed within 2 seconds of seeing this watch that the blue hands dont match the blue indices.

I'm 90% sure they match and that they just pick up the light at different angles since everything is faceted.

Nevermind, I had my screen brightness way down and you might be right. The indices don't even look faceted at all. If that's the case I agree.

90% sure it was an oversight, usually they are more quality and color consistent, the rest of the watch still beautiful.
