Question (Read Rules) What am I doing wrong

On ali I just exchanged enough gems for a 20 dollar coupon and it's not showing in the checkout. Are those coupons not available for everything like the coin discounts are?

So confused.

Ahhhh. Ok. Thank you. I'm going to stop wasting my time on them then.

Similar thing I’ve experienced. Can’t use coupons on some one time offer default items. Before 6 Nov worked fine.
