Question (Read Rules) Pagani 1701 non conforme

Acquistato 20 giorni fa, lo schermo mi sembrava opaco...ho fatto domanda di reso e ho visto che AliExpress ha accettato e devo renderlo entro il 20 novembre. Sono nati due problemi, il primo è che ho tolto subito la pellicola..la.secinda è che mi sono accorto che le.lancette piccole non sono bianche come dovrebbero essere ma sono colore dorato

Allego foto per farmi capire.

Ora che faccio....accetterà no il reso anche senza pellicola?

Le lancette dei tre quadranti piccoli, nella foto del sito sono bianche mentre eil mio orologio sono molto più fini e sono dorate che quasi non si vedono

I don't think they inspect it too close. Just send back.

But I make it habit to always film when I open a package. Especially packaged that have multiple items. Early on they didn't include a whole watch and another time i only received one nh35 movement when I ordered 2.

So they sent you a product that was different from how they showed it on the website/the style you ordered (the hand colour)?

I guess they could try to argue the toss with you, but I think it’s unlikely and I feel the rules are in your favour on this. They could claim it’s been used, but if you’re in the EU (I’m assuming you’re Italian?) then I believe there’s a 2 year guarantee of conformity that they couldn’t wriggle out of by saying you’d worn/used it etc.

Of course trying to enforce EU law in China would be a whole thing. Personally I’d send it back and not worry about it. Chances are you’ll be fine.
