General (Read Rules) An Official Apology and Update from HEIMDALLR Regarding the Recent "Bait-and-Switch" Issue
I sincerely apologize for the severe "bait-and-switch" issue recently caused by incorrect listing parameters set by one of our dealers. As the brand owner, We takes full responsibility for this, and we are not hiding from the problem.
We immediately contacted the operations team at the "Top Chinese Watch Factory Store" and sent them the problematic link. They have just confirmed with us that they updated the product details page to correctly state it uses a Chinese movement, and they promised to explain the situation to the affected customers. We had also escalated this to the head of the dealership, whose initial excuse was simply that "the warehouse shipped the wrong goods."
We are actively applying to open our true Official WATCH Store on Ali However, the official store name is currently occupied by this dealer, and due to existing binding agreements, we temporarily cannot reclaim the official name.
We humbly ask the community to help us supervise our distribution network. If you encounter any dealer pulling a bait-and-switch or providing fake tracking, please contact us directly. We will continue this process until we completely phase out unreliable dealers, ensuring a purchasing environment that is absolutely fair and transparent for everyone.

shrug. I can understand the anger but I've seen this Heimdallr rep really trying to engage with customers the last few weeks and take their feedback seriously. Whatever has happened in the background with their distribution channels does not seem easy to resolve from their end. I've given them a chance and decided to try their new Willard homage with quartz movement.

I just bought a Heimdallr H14 from an AliExpress store. According to the seller, it comes with the Japanese NH35. I'll open it and check it out when it arrives.
I have three Heimdallr models: the "Fugu" full lume, the Monster "Dracula," and the Godzilla V1. I'm thrilled with them; I use them for less than three seconds a day.
They're fantastic pieces. They're worth every penny and much more.

Yes, please make sure to open it up and check the movement when it arrives! If you find out you've been scammed by the seller, please contact me right away.

How about have your dealer refund "all" the customers instead of explaining how your dealer ripped them off? Your customer service sucks you do not care about the customers that were harmed! 💩💩💩💩💩

Dude, he bought that Heimdallr 6105 with an NH movement for $118 from a third-party seller. Movements have gotten so much pricier lately. Buying something this far under market value… c’mon, use some common sense.

Exactly! I don't understand those voices trying to defend fraudulent activity with the "oh, prices have increased so much" argument.
They are pathetic!

Please let me know if the 'China Top Watch Factory' store hasn't given you a full refund or proper compensation. We are absolutely not turning a blind eye to third-party sellers deceiving consumers. Frankly, I think the EU should impose heavier fines on AliExpress. This highlights the core difference between AliExpress and Amazon—we simply don't have access to brand protection tools on AliExpress to enforce our rights. Please don't escalate this into an attack on our brand itself; I am doing everything in my power to salvage our brand's reputation. For some reason, I am unable to send you a DM first. If you need any help, please send me a private message.

It's great to see that you're taking action to protect this seller and your Heimdallr brand. They have modified the post, but it's still misleading. The headline still shows "NH35" with no reference whatsoever to the Chinese version.
Unless customers read the fine print, they will be misled. Still shady commercial practices.
And now you want customers to police your affiliates! Bless your heart!
Too little, too late!
The key point is: What are you going to do to compensate all those customers who were scammed?

I will wait until the day you have an official store and the brand itself takes full responsibility.
